I have been working as a successful Production and Tour Manager at the top end of the live entertainment industry for over 20 years. I am adaptable, motivated and have a passion for what I do.
I have strong production skills with excellent attention to detail, delivering projects to the highest standard on time and on budget.
I am able to take the show from the drawing board to the stage bringing the artist’s vision to life. I have been responsible for all aspects of the planning and delivery of tours, festivals and other live events.
My responsibilities include: budgeting the project and managing that budget, withholding tax planning, selection and management of staff, supplier selection briefing and management, scheduling and delivery coordination, international shipping, ground transport, visa application and collection, travel planning both domestic and international, assembly and creation of riders, advancing the shows, coordinating and distributing information between the touring parties, artist management, promoters, record company and local authorities.
I have worked extensively in the UK, US, South America, The Middle East, Europe, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia and Russia in all kinds of venue, from clubs to stadiums. My worldwide experience enables me to organize and coordinate the correct resource for the project; be it equipment, personnel or service.
My ability to assemble, and be part of a specialist team is apparent in projects I have run. The nature of my role requires me to be flexible and constantly draw on my outstanding problem solving skills to bring all the different strands needed to execute a project together. I have a core belief that the success of a project relies on a positive working environment being created for everyone involved.
